FAQ

The last date to submit the online application is May 31, 2025, with the fee submission deadline being May 25, 2025.

There are 607 vacancies, including 107 backlog posts (OBC: 4, SC: 78, ST: 25) and 500 general posts (UR: 160, OBC: 164, SC: 126, EWS: 50).

Candidates need a B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery with registration in State/Indian Nursing Council. Diploma holders require two years’ experience in a 50-bedded hospital.

The Common Recruitment Test (CRT) is a 2-hour exam with 100 MCQs (60% subject-specific, 10% each for General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Mathematical Aptitude). Negative marking applies (1/3 mark per wrong answer).

SC/ST/OBC candidates get 5 years, Divyang candidates get 15 years, permanent government employees (3+ years) get 5 years, and ex-servicemen can deduct their service period (up to 3 years beyond the maximum age limit).
