For the NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment 2024, Category-II Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TN) Operators with HSC/ISC qualifications will not undergo a Skill Test. Candidates will be shortlisted for the Physical Standard Test/Document Verification based on a ratio of 3 times the number of vacancies. If fewer candidates qualify, all eligible candidates will be called. In case of a tie, the number of candidates shortlisted may exceed the 3 times limit.

Yes, outstation Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates who are not employed in Central/State Government or Public Sector roles will be reimbursed for to and fro Railway fare (2nd class/sleeper) or ordinary bus fare.
