The Punjab Haryana HC Peon Recruitment 2024 at Chandigarh is recruiting for 300 Peon posts. Eligible candidates can apply online from 25th August 2024 to 20th September 2024. Vacancies include 243 for General, 30 for SC/ST/BC, and 15 for Ex-Servicemen, with additional seats for persons with disabilities. Punjab & Haryana High Court Peon Applicants must be 18-35 years old, with age relaxations for certain categories, and possess Middle Standard to 10+2 qualifications. Application fees are ₹700 for General and ₹600 for SC/ST/BC, Ex-Servicemen, and PWD. Dependents of disabled/deceased ex-servicemen are exempt from the fee.

Chandigarh, Ex-servicemen, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD), the fee is ₹600. There is no fee for dependents of Ex-Servicemen disabled or deceased during active operations.
There are 300 vacancies for the Peon post. These are distributed as follows: 243 for General Category, 30 for SC/ST/BC, 15 for Ex-Servicemen, and 12 for Persons with Disabilities (including various types of disabilities).
The selection process involves a written test of 100 marks, with 50 multiple-choice questions covering general knowledge, general awareness, current affairs, and numerical ability. Candidates must score at least 50% (General) or 45% (Reserved categories) to qualify for the Physical Endurance Test, which is only qualifying in nature. PWD candidates are exempt from the physical test.
The last date to apply online is 20th September 2024, until 11:59 P.M. Candidates can download their E-Admit Cards from the official website (www.highcourtchd.gov.in) after receiving an email/SMS notification. Admit cards will not be sent by post.
