ET, ARS, SMS (T-6), STO (T-6): Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline (as listed in Annexure-VI) completed by 30.09.2025 from an Indian University or a foreign university recognized by the Government of India. Examples include:
Nationality: Indian citizens, citizens of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (pre-1962), or persons of Indian origin from specified countries with a certificate of eligibility.
Health: Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health; physical examination may be required for ARS/SMS/STO.
Marital Status: No candidate with a living spouse can be appointed unless exempted by ICAR.
Certificates: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates must provide valid certificates in prescribed formats (Appendices I–IV).
No Objection Certificate: Required for candidates employed in ICAR, Central/State Government, or similar institutions.
