Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification:

  • Senior Secondary Examination (Class 12) in Arts, Science, or Commerce from Rajasthan Board or an equivalent recognized by the Government.
  • Good working knowledge of Hindi (written in Devanagari script) and Rajasthani dialects.

Proficiency in Computer Operations:

  • “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course by DOEACC.
  • COPA/DPCS Certificate under the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.
  • Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized university/institution.
  • Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic Institution.
  • RSCIT (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology) from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota.
  • Senior Secondary Examination with Computer Science as an optional subject.
  • Any equivalent or higher qualification.

FAQ

During the probation period of 2 years, the fixed pay for Stenographer Grade-III and Grade-II is ₹23,700/- per month.
After the probation period, the pay scale is as follows:

Pay Level-10: ₹33,800 – ₹1,06,700 (as per the 7th Pay Commission).
Additional allowances such as DA, HRA, Medical Allowance, and Travel Allowance will be provided as per Rajasthan Government rules.

The age criteria are:
